Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of IntelliType, including the mobile app, keyboard, website, and related services operated by IntelliWriter. By creating an account or using the product you agree to these Terms.

1. The service
IntelliType provides an intelligent keyboard and writing tools such as grammar suggestions, rephrase, tone adjustment, translation, Ask AI, custom assistants, themes, and related features. Some features require an internet connection and an account. Free and Premium tiers may differ in limits and capabilities.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your country (and at least 13 years old, or the higher age required locally). You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may sign up with email/password or a supported social sign-in. You must not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity; attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt our systems or AI providers beyond normal use; upload content you do not have the right to process; use AI outputs to impersonate others, spread malware, or violate others' rights; circumvent free-tier limits, billing, or security controls.
4. AI features and content
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing results before sending them in messages, documents, or other contexts. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested feature and operate the service.
5. Keyboard permissions
Enabling IntelliType as your system keyboard grants it the ability to receive text input in other apps. You can switch keyboards or disable IntelliType at any time in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for how keyboard-related data is handled.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (for example monthly or yearly) priced by region. Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are billed by that store under its payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the relevant store settings. Refunds for store purchases are generally handled by Google or Apple according to their refund policies.
7. Intellectual property
The app, branding, UI, and software are owned by IntelliWriter or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
8. Third-party services
The service may integrate Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, AI model providers, and GIF providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IntelliWriter and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
11. Account deletion and termination
You may request deletion of your account at any time via our Delete Account page or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice in the app or by email where appropriate.
